Unfortunately there is a fatal flaw in Coldwell Banker’s International prices due to their position on the market.
Whereas in North America, Coldwell Banker is a mass-market brand dealing in all levels of property, across most of Europe they only have one branch per country and specialize in super-luxury property.
Across most of Eastern Europe, for example, sales through realtors are very much the exception rather than the rule.
This skews their research considerably as their ‘average’ values are way, way higher than the reality on the market.
