Valley realty bloggers generate strong opinions – but beware Arizona Republic article talks about real estate bloggers (below). How come I didn’t make it? Probably b/c I dont blog, I just post stuff.

• IamFacingForeclosure.com, 24-year-old Casey Serin of Sacramento started the blog to chronicle what he calls the mistakes he made flipping houses that put him $2.2 million in debt.
• reagorblog.azcentral.com, Republic real estate reporter Catherine Reagor’s blog.
• TheRealEstateBloggers.com, a collection of real estate stories pulled from various sites. Recent topics: real estate agent commissions, subprime mortgages.
• BlogArizona.com, industry people like appraisers and agents weigh in.
