I am questioning the source for the figures above in terms of sales price change especially for Surprise, AZ 40%
I had my property in El Mirage,AZ (next to Surprise) appraised in Feb 2007 and it came back at the same purchase price of $220K that I bought it for in July 2005 (zipcode 85335)
